A deposit of $100.00 is necessary to secure your date. Your final step will be to fill out the Customization Party form, which is where you can give us extra information to deliver the best birthday we can offer.
FINAL GUEST LIST:
We will need a final guest list four days prior to the party. The first names of all the guests are required to be emailed to us at this time for party customization; ie: name cards, birthday card, etc.. The final price for your Parteaz package will be based on your list. Please let us know in advance if a guest cannot attend. If any of your guests do not show up for your party and we have been told to include them, the cost is your responsibility. We prepare costumes, activities, favors, and refreshments based on this list. Please note that any unexpected guests or siblings will result in additional costs.
Your balance will be due at the conclusion of your party. You may pay via cash or credit card. Extra charges may include additional guests for $20 a child or additional staff charge of $75 for 16 -21 guests or $100 for 22-32 guests (32 maximum). If your guests exceed 32 we will be an additional staff charge of $75. ($175 total). Gratuity for help and actresses are not included in the package price but greatly appreciated.
CANCELING AN EVENT:
Your deposit of $100 is non-refundable. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel you have 90 days to reschedule your party provided we have been given reasonable notice. Full payment will be due at time of reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours of the party you may be responsible for some non- reimbursable expenses. Parties will be rescheduled at the discretion of Parteaz, LLC in the case of inclement weather
There is ample parking at side and rear of building. For your convenience, you may drop party participants in front.
We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for you and your child.
As indicated on your invitations, we suggest guests wear bathing suits underneath their clothing for Princess and Glamour dress up and comfortable clothing for Spa and P.J. parties.
Parteaz is a peanut/ tree nut free facility. Any food that you bring into Parteaz must adhere to that policy.
PARENT ARRIVAL TIME:
We ask that parents arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your party because it may interfere with the proper set up of the event, which the staff will most likely be preparing and perfecting.
